Who am I?

I was born and raised in London and worked in the UK's digital technology industry for almost eight years. In that time, I worked for three start-ups and, in 2023, co-founded my own. In 2026, I took the decision to return to study and start this blog.

Why am I doing this?

In NBC's The Office, a film crew produces a documentary about a run-of-the-mill paper company called Dunder Mifflin. At the end of the final episode, Pam, a Dunder Mifflin employee and one of the show's main characters, conducts her final interview with the crew. In it, she says: “I thought it was weird when you picked us to make a documentary, but, all in all, I think an ordinary paper company like Dunder Mifflin was a great subject for a documentary. There's a lot of beauty in ordinary things. Isn't that kind of the point?”

Those final two sentences serve as the inspiration for this blog. Through my writing, I hope to capture and expose the beauty, complexity, and history residing in the ordinary things we so often take for granted.
